Should The United States Protect Israel From All Their Enemies?

In my opinion the World has Israel to thank for keeping the covenant with God since He told Abraham that He would make them a Great Nation. If this covenant was not there then it is possible that Christianity would not be here today. Even though Israel does not believe the Messiah (Jesus) has come yet, the covenant is still there as far as God and the Bible says. So I am glad Jesus did come to Earth and died for our sins. I also believe this is what most Christians believe as well. In prophesy it says that Gog (the leader from the land of Russia) and Magog (Russia) and his coalition will come up against Israel and then when things get bad for Israel, God will rain down hail and fire onto Magog and the coalition and destroy them with His vengeance.

Ezekiel 38 – 39 King James Version (KJV)

It does not say that Israel does anything to destroy or provoke Gog and Magog, and it also says no one helps Israel besides God. With that being prophesied, it appears that the United States does not help or is unable to help.

Genesis 12:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

12 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

This is prophesy, as if this is exactly what is going to happen and we cannot do anything to change it. I believe my God hears our prayers and answers them all. Sometimes the answer is no. This is very hard for a lot of people to understand. I truly believe that God wants to put it to rest, so to speak, to Gog and all of the people of the World that He exists and the covenant with Israel is still in effect.

I truly believe that because of the covenant God made with Abraham, Jew and Gentile alike are graced with Redemption.
